What Determines the Total Rental Cost?
A complete estimate is based on the kiosk format, quantity, number of rental days, optional custom branding or screen media, and event logistics. The transportation rates below are separate from kiosk rental and customization.

Charging kiosks contain electronic equipment and are not weatherproof. Outdoor deployments require adequately sheltered, dry placement and safe access to power. A canopy by itself may not protect equipment from wind-driven rain; final installation depends on the site conditions and venue approval.
When Should an Event Planner Book?
For custom branding and smoother logistics, plan approximately three to four weeks ahead where possible. Some requests can be accommodated with 10–15 days' notice, subject to inventory, customization scope and scheduling. Shorter timelines cannot be guaranteed.

Charging Station Rental FAQs
Can an event sponsor pay for a branded charging station?
Yes. An organizer may rent the kiosk as a guest amenity or package the station as part of a sponsor activation. Branding options depend on the kiosk and event.
Do I need to rent multiple charging stations?
That depends on guest volume and how spread out the event footprint is. The number of stations and charging positions should be estimated around your layout and expected demand.
Are branding wraps required?
No. Custom wrapping and screen media are optional. We can discuss the best setup for an event or sponsor's branding needs.
Can the charging station be used at an outdoor festival?
Possibly, with suitable protection from weather and venue-approved power. The electronics cannot be exposed to rain or wind-driven moisture.
What does ChargeUp need to prepare a quote?
